• Not submit forged credentials, fake experience letters, or impersonate other profiles.
• Attend interviews and verification calls in a professional manner.

Providing false information will result in immediate disqualification and termination of recruitment assistance.

4. Client & Corporate Partnerships

Corporate partners hiring candidates through First Attempt HR Solutions are bound by individual service-level agreements (SLA) regarding placement fees, billing rates, candidate lock-in periods, and payment cycles. In case of discrepancies, the SLA terms shall override these general website terms.

5. Intellectual Property
